In the post COVID-19 world, digital transition can be a driver for growth, development, trade and economic recovery. However, both India and the EU face challenges in this endeavour, since digital platforms need to be secure, ethical and inclusive. How can India and EU explore partnerships to pave the way for digital transformation in health, education, research, justice and mobility? How can they share best practices and collaborate to synthesize a common approach to cybersecurity, Internet governance and data security?
